The Siam Refractory Industry Co., Ltd. is a company in the Cement-Building Materials Business Unit of SCG, Thailand's largest and most advanced industrial conglomerate with three leading strategic units; SCG Cement-Building Materials, SCG Chemicals, and SCG Packaging.
Siam Refractory was founded in 1953 as the first refractory plant in Thailand by SCG in order to support the Group's internal requirements. The Siam Refractory Industry Co.,Ltd. (SRIC) was established in 1993. Today, Siam Refractory is the largest refractory manufacturer in Southeast Asia and the only refractory producer being awarded with the Deming Application Prize for the successful implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in 2003 and other international awards such as TPM Excellence Category A in 2013, TPM Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment in 2016 and Special Award for TPM Achievement in 2019.
The Company delivers refractory products and services to wide range of industries including, Cement, Iron and Steel, Glass, Petrochemicals, Ceramic, Aluminium, Boilers, Lead, Tin, and other Pyro Industries to more than 60 countries worldwide.
Also, we have expanded our new production base to China for serving China and International markets.
