Clinker Cooler acts as a rapid heat exchanging system of clinkers at a temperature of approximately 1,200℃ through heat convection in order to maximize tricalcium silicate (C3S) content and simultaneously, captures and re-uses the heat liberated by the process to promote energy saving.
Due to hostile environment for the refractories, such as intensive abrasion/erosion of flying clinker dust, fluctuating temperature and air flow, Siam Refractory offers a wide range of bricks (K-series, KB-series) and castables (TufDura-series and C-series) that possess high refractoriness, abrasion/erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance that can cope with those challenges and improve the service life.
